Rowdy and Cueno had the same charge for a shooting they were proved to do before performing at The Barclays Center the same day in the same clothes , Rowdy copped out admitting he did in fact commit that crime Cueno pled not guilty and blew trial and got 100 years

Him pleading not guilty to everything means he did not admit to any crimes as well as not being a gang member, he did not admit to being GS9 or a G Stone Crip


Rowdy took the plea in a gang Rico meaning he admitted to being a gang member and committing those crimes

They say thug had a plea given and it was like 25 years. At that point no reason to even consider it.

It depends, I mostly agree because 25 is a Baby Life sentence. But if your alternatives are actual Life, or doubling or tripling your time, you gotta weigh all that out...

I'm not picking and choosing anything, I don't have emotional investment in any of these guys. You said cats call Gunna a snitch for taking a plea which is false, taking a plea isn't snitching. It's the terms of the plea. You say you're sanctioned but you must ain't never been under no pressure or locked up...

The only crowd in here likening taking a plea to snitching are the guys fighting ghosts in here, because no one has said that. Dudes grasping at straws...

Nobody in the streets anywhere likens taking a plea to snitching. In real life if you take a plea but your co-d doesn't, that's not viewed as snitching. I've been around too many of these scenarios. I've seen a dude take a 5-7 manslaughter plea and tell, and everybody was telling the co-d he couldn't go to trial because his co-d was telling and got off with 5-7, and nikka still took it to trial and got acquitted...

These type of things happen all the time, no one views taking the plea as snitching unless you actually snitch...

That isn't standard plea language either unless you tell. Telling is voluntary. That language isn't included in any plea unless you've volunteered to give the boys criminal information...

I dont know much about this case, but I don’t think so. Just because these guys admit to being in a gang doesn’t mean he did. He can state as the label owner he provided resources to the label artist’s and whatever they did with them is on them. There is no signed agreement listing Young Thug as the kingpin (I may be uninformed though).

Thug will have to get on the stand himself, swallow his pride and admit to being a substance abuser that was unaware of what was occurring around him. His trust was taken advantage of by unscrupulous people and he’s a victim in all of this.
