The fact of the matter is Bobby and Rowdy had to agree to pretty much everything Gunna had to agree to yet because there is no video, he’s looked at differently. That’s picking sides. Either they all are snitches or none of them are.

The only way to prove that you guys weren't moving as a gang is to prove your innocence of any crimes charged, or be able to somehow show that a crime you're charged with, isn't beneficiary to the "label" beef that meets the criteria of a gang...

If you say you know other crimes, or are asked and admit you know other crimes, you're asked WHAT SPECIFICALLY you know. For the record plenty of dudes get asked about other crimes of people they know you associate with and deny it. Plenty of dudes go in there and never say shyt about other people. So the plea is only inclusive of the "I admit I know what other dudes did" when you've already spoken on it...
