Happened to me the other day when I did 100 pushups. Had to get a very painful massage to work out the knots.

Not saying OP but too many folks try to jump into fitness to fast. I hated seeing p90x pushed to 280-300+ people with feet like this

With all that jumping and using muscles that have probably damn near atrophied :russ: you truly have to humble yourself, build a foundation and build yourself from the ground up. Oh and of course the most important thing. Get your big backed ass out that kitchen and then you will be good:ehh:
