I been lately and decided to do some burpees. Of course i didn't warm up. I do about 20 reps (10 per set) and on my third set all i heard was a pop... Now my lower back on the left side is killing me. I haven't worked out in so long, i forgot to warm up Now i got lower back pain ... Can't even lie down without pain radiating down my lower left leg this might be worse than constipation.
How am i supposed to sleep? On my stomach?
