How ANYONE could've trusted Sam Bankman Fried is beyond me. Dude literally came out of legit nowhere. Didn't get into crypto until 2017. A few years later at like 29 he's a billionaire 30 times over. And no one found this suspicious ? Been wary of this dude since day 1.

Looks like an Elizabeth Holmes type. Wealthy and connected parents who helped get him in front of the right people to vouch for him, call him a genius and raise funds even if he had no idea what he was doing.

Even with a down turn in the crypto market go calculate how much of a return I made of just one BTC or LTC

Dollar cost average and don't even check your account until it's time for you to cash out. Yes it's slow. Yes it's boring. No you won't get rich off of it for years and years. But you likely won't lose all your shyt either and have to beg the people that scammed you for mercy.
