The only difference between FUE and the method was how they got donor hairs. FUE doesn't Rip a skin graft and leave a scar. The hair follicles go in the same way.Honestly I’m not too familiar with the different techniques, I know FUE is generally most common now.
It’s gonna depend on how many grafts you need from what I understand.
I think more important firstly is finding a good surgeon with a good track record, especially for dealing with Afro hair
