So been looking this up and was going to go to Turkey and get it done. Then I noticed it is not even expensive here as well. Is there a reason why most brehs don’t get it done?

It's not well known yet. It's expensive as well..
If you are Black make sure your Doctor has experience with Black hair. This is mandatory. Our hairs curl to the root so if someone does it for you and they not familiar with our hair you will not get a proper setting in terms of density and they might botch the harvest... Basically do your googles before you spend the money.
Are you thinning or already bald?
If you are still loosing hair I wouldn't jump the gun unless you want them recommending that you take finasteride indefinitely

Going to Turkey next year for FUE beard. Minoxidil has been great but I want that Joe Budden extra dark

3 months and it looks pretty great. I just want it darker. Looks like a darker 5'oclock shadow. Fam said I have a lot of Native American so I'm lucky to get that.

I chickened out of going to Turkey and decided to drop the extra cash on feeling safe and secure. Had a consultation last week and it really reassured me, the doctor that did the consultation guaranteed that a specialist would be handling my treatment. I am thinning and the crown is fukked up at the back. I am having 2000 grafts in places where it is thinning and balding. The doctor I was dealing with had did the procedure himself and the results were insane.

You are lucky that your only problem is not being able to grow a beard. I would happily sacrifice my beard for my old hairline. Be careful out there with getting it done in Turkey.
Are you just thinning on top or is your hairline receding too? What's the price here and what's the price in Turkey?

$11,000 here and Turkey was about $1,700. A vast difference between the two but I just want piece of mind when I get it done.
at that difference.But then again you get what you pay for and getting a surgery in Turkey at such a steep discount is super sketchy though. But still only $1700? So tempting
