And I don’t give a fukk. We need our old uniforms and logo back! We’ve been ass since the switch. How the fukk you messing with Indian spirits??!? They ain’t watch Pet Semetary? :gucci:

Thinner? :gucci:
That current logo is hilariously bad.

I know some folks like the current jerseys, but them shyts look so damn ugly. Wasn’t fukking with them even when we went undefeated in 2014.

Stop acting like this bruv. :mjcry:

You never take sides against the family — even when they’re wrong. You’ve seen Godfather enough times to know better, but on the real I do get your frustration. Last season was weird af. I’m optimistic going forward. If we’re trash this year: fire everybody.
Now I know why @Lucky_Lefty be so damn harsh on our Noles.

Honestly, FSU deserved that shyt after instigating scuffles and flexing heavily against an FCS team of all teams. That said a lot of things right there. :yeshrug:

Thrasher still Prez?
Coburn still AD?
Ted Talk Mike still giving them empty ass pep talks?
Coaching staff still full of his homies who can't coach and/or never called plays yet got the OC title? DT coach who should've been got his walking papers 3-4 years ago?

If you think you're lonely now, ohhh girl...
I’ve been an FSU fan since I was a kid. They were playing in the title game against against Nebraska in ‘93, and of course after the Bentley kick the team was going crazy. I was still trying to understand football and I asked my older cousin (RIP) who was watching the game - whom - was an avid FSU fan what was going on? He said that they were the champions now. It was like I was put in some kind of deep state hypnosis. In my little mind, I then associated everything championship related with FSU. I was hooked. I caught the FSU Holy Ghost as soon as my cousin uttered those word. It was like some unknown imprecation. I never “dreamed” of going to any college. I hated school per se, no one in my family had ever gone to college, and dropped out in the 11th grade; so then to do a complete 180 down the line and start a CC in Orlando, and then matriculate into FSU took a lot of work. I started at Valencia not knowing what the fukk a parabola was or a coordinating conjunction, but I grinded. I believed in myself. I toiled.

I still remember that first drive up to Tallahassee when I was moving into Rogers hall. Me and my best friend listening to Codeine Cups by Juicy J on repeat :wow:. It was the culmination of so much, and then to have my first season at FSU be 2013 when we won the title was just :wow:. Legitimately, overall I think that was the best year of my life. I got kicked out the fall of 2014 for lack of financial aid. They had already given me aid that semester, so I owed these fukkers like $8,000.00. You’re talking about rough? I was three classes from graduating and making plans to take the LSAT, and the next week I was back home at my mom’s sleeping on the floor in Orlando :mjcry:. I was incredibly hurt. Grinded for a year, moved back to Tally in the fall of 2015 and had no real idea how I was going to pay the school back those racks. I got into banking and it took three years before I got into a job where I could really start making a dent into that 8k, I owed.

Payed that shyt off in 2018. Took the three fall classes I needed to graduate the fall off 2018 whilst working full time as a fukking loan officer, and was awarded my diploma after the semester. First in my family to graduate college and all that. I didn’t even go to graduation. I was over it. I just wanted my diploma. My mom knew I was in school, but she didn’t really know I graduated like that. Man, when I went home one day and gave her the white Manila folder that contained my diploma and she opened it, she boohooed cried :mjcry:

I said all that to say this: them boys hurt me tonight. They hurt me deeply. :mjcry:

Norvell. Must. Go.

I was so dejected through the second half, I was fukking a BBW through most of it. That’s how far these fukkers pushed me. Just an incredibly disappointing and deflating game. WOWWWWWWW.

I remember that Wayne Mcgahee dude. He’s a good writer. I don’t even know where you go from here. I don’t think FSU can afford to fire Norvell until 2023. I mean, do you just try to go super coordinator mode? We definitely need a staff upgrade in general. Our last two coaches really underestimated the difficulty of coaching at somewhere like FSU. You can’t just bring people you worked with at Memphis or wherever. The expectations are incredibly high here. You have to bring in proven coaches that have shown they get results, and that’s the bare minimum. Also, this team has lacked football talent in a huge way for years. I watch other teams play and see dudes making contested catches, acrobatic grabs, and there’s not a dude on our roster with that kind of ability on either side of the ball. That one handed grab that OU DB made? There’s not a guy on our team that makes that catch.

So, you have a situation where you need a serious talent infusion but your team/coaches aren’t good enough to not look terrible. It’s all bad.

Still haven’t heard Norvell say one football related thing that wasn’t a platitude. That’s what scares me most, because “great” coaches see the game in an insightful way. I can tell he sees the game in a superficial way. I hate to use Saban as an example, but he’s the gold standard in college football. He’s a dikkhead, but between being a dikkhead he easily drops jewels about coaching, leadership, etc.
