*Not a 100% sold on Fuller. We have too many guys out of position. I need to see some complete games from the D.

*Hopefully, Jeremiah Smith is ready to come to the squad. 👀

That level of play they found in the second half—mannnnnnn if we can maintain that throughout the season. We’ll be a problem and a half.

If the refs weren’t cheating in the first half LSU would’ve lost by 40+.

Man, every-time I think this team has turned the corner they do some fukk shyt and I’m left wondering WTF? I have no idea what that was today. A lot of the issue is Norvell too. He takes the game too lightly when he thinks we’ll easily win: no gameplan, sitting players that can play, JT has regressed, non-sensical playcalling, etc., and that shyt permeates the team.

Fuller is just not a coach that’s on this level. We need an upgrade at DC/DL coach. I love Odell, but he’s essentially retired. We haven’t had a truly elite DT prospect in almost ten years (Eddie Goldman), and he’s fine as a high level recruiter. Let him retire.

That talent in the secondary is being upgraded, RS is what he is. Upgrade the DL and DC coach and this would be an even more complete team going forward.

I’ve been frustrated with this team at times. They’ve played hella erratically, and Norvell’s game plans/offensive diversity has lacked this season; but overall we’ve come a longggggg ways and we can be excited about the future. I think some of the game planning stuff I believe is Norvell trying to compensate for a porous OL, and some of the inconsistency is this team being at its limits in terms of talent. We haven’t accumulated Alabama/UGA talent, yet. However, Norvell is starting to show he can recruit at a high ass level. The recruit list for the Miami game was insane. I think we’re going to get Jeremiah Smith. I think McCrary is going to spin the block too. It should be a top 3 class.

We really need help on the lines. Patrick Payton plays pattycake with the RT too much for me. Our OL, I won’t even discuss. Whomever convinced Verse he needed to add 30 pounds should be reprimanded.

I don’t think we’re a NC level team, but I think we COULD win it all if we got some favorable matchups. Like, if we somehow played Washington and then Ohio State. I think us vs OSU is a pick em, but Harrison Jr. would have a big game.

Anyways, I’m just enjoying this shyt.

Well said...I'd like to see us finish out strong no need to play p*ssyfoot with the Gators and give them any hope of fukking up our season with an upset. Same with Louisville in the ACC champ game we need to start stepping on throats and leaving our boot there for 4 quarters put teams away when the chance is there

This team has big lulls where they do basically nothing. You go up 10 on Miami, and then go into chill mode. I get extremely frustrated, but some of it is just talent. We have more 3 stars than 4/5 stars on this team. Hell, we have the 21st talented team in the country according to 247, so when I see us trotting out guys like Kevin Knowles, I know it’s not because we want to. The DB unit is going to get a huge influx of talent, though. I like where WR is headed too, but some of these guys like Poitier and Williamson are going to get pushed out. They probably shouldn’t be at FSU from a talent perspective but we had to get what we could at the time.

QB: I like how this looks for the future. I think Brock Glenn is going to be real good. I just have a feeling. I never felt like Duffy was legit even in high school.

RB: loaded.

TE: loaded.

LB: lacking in high end talent but Blake might be a player.

OL/DL: *insert man yelling for help on train meme*

I like Rodemaker last season when He came in and won that game for us a at Louisville he showed me something buddy looked smooth in the pocket some of his passes looked cleaner then Travis but yeah man everything you said is spot on even though we're still sort of flawed I could of never expected us to be at this level 2-3 years ago. Factor in Jimbo getting exposed for the charlatan he is(great eye for talent, horrible leader of men) the donwfall of Clemson and its been a good year

Honestly, the program is just ahead of schedule. Our recruiting depth and development is light years away from where it should be, and yet we're still the #4 team in the country. Back to Back 10 win seasons. Producing the most statistically acclaimed QB to come thru FSU (even though the program is rich with Heisman level talents....his stats across the board will be the best). There's a lot happening fast at an elite level. And maybe our personnel isn't where we need it to be to win a chip. But I think we're close to being the best team in the country. The recruiting gap on the field against Miami was wide....in their favor. They're last 3 classes avg out to being top 10 while FSU last 3 classes avg out to being in the high teens.

Even with the inconsistencies of the game plan, I'm encouraged to see how sharp and swift the 2nd half adjustments have been. LSU 2nd half....complete takeover. Clemson, Duke, Miami....sharp and definitive 2nd half adjustments. Miami crossed the 50 yd line twice all half, and one of those was because of an onside kick. Well coached team.

The JT injury sucks. I’m finally wrapping my mind around it. Overall, I’m a silver linning kind of dude— I think Tate MIGHT be a more natural thrower and distributor of the ball, which would help this offense tremendously. We’ve really struggled on 3rd down this season trying to hit chunk plays and not hitting the open man. I also think Tate is one of those guys who will play better in a hurry up where he has one or two reads. Norvell can help dude by not stacking TE’s all over the field, and stop running that counter that hasn’t worked all season. Get Hill, Hykeem, Spann, et al. on the field in space.

If we’re so hell bent on running it, just get in the I-formation and let our struggling OL block the man right in front of them. A lot of these “multiple” offenses are actually really limited because the entire running game is out of the shotgun or pistol formations (including Norvell’s), but that’s another topic.

I think we handle UF. UL is going to be a tough game, though.

Haven't seen @klutch2381 or @Champ_KW since the screw job pause. Hope the brehs are okay :mjcry:

I don't know if people aren't watching games or they just let ESPN and the media shape their narratives, but we all watched this team we know this defense was special, NFL dudes throughout that defense especially the DL and it was hitting its peak at the end of the season. The Noles shutdown the heisman winner and shut down a top 20 offense in Louisville.
Yet someway somehow Michigan and JJ Mccarthy (who has put up pedestrian numbers the last 4 games) was going to light up the Noles :skip:

Washington who struggled to put up points against ASU and WSU was going to destroy FSU :skip:

Not saying the Noles would have won, but with a month to prepare I would have liked their chances.

Long term gotta get out the ACC. I dont know how they're gonna do it, but they must. Next season get a portal QB, Tackle, DE and LB. Load up and make another run.
