Why does Meek have to deliver a strong response to someone that has concentration camps full of writers and producers? Drake had two diss tracks on ITUNES in 24 hours... It was an unfair fight from the jump and as someone else said, Meek should've held the W regardless because he actually WRITES HIS OWN shyt.

Because Meek fired the 1st shot, then got Funk Flex in the mix who pump faked on dropping the reference tracks.

Nah, that's the thing. He was supposed to get better. Instead he got lazy and stopped crafting. There's an argument to be made that we don't even know what Drake sounds like as an artist. He's been riding waves/sounds for about 5 years now.

Easy, Meek was always at a disadvantage because Drake is more popular and has one of the most relentless and dedicated dikkriding fanbases ever. Delivering a high quality diss Record would have quieted some of them. Instead he delivered a weak track which put the battery in their back to go even harder and finish him off.

The real opposition for Meek wasn't even Drake. It's his beyhive-like social & traditional media/ industry following.

But when it was all said and done, Meek came out with the facts. Ever since Meek exposed it, we've slowly seen multiple shang-tsung incidents and people coming out. We also learned bout the tent writers.

It's almost like Ether that burns slow. His credibility is already fukked in the eyes of us cats who care about hiphop. The Aubrey stanleys who are in this thread trying to tornado the facts, make it even more embarrassing.
