We likely stuck with Dennis. He's talented but he can't play without nikkas who can play around him. He needs to improve if he wants to be traded.

fukk that nikka I’ll start Isiah Taylor over him just on GP now.

I was all for a big man in the draft but Sexton or Trey Young don’t sound too bad

We not getting the 10th pick for Dennis. Especially when philly drafted a pg 1st last year
Trading for Schroeder doesn't mean anything to Fultz. As far as I see it, Fultz and McConnell are the only guards they have that can consistently get to the basket

Teague was expiring and Indianapolis was his hometown.

Schroder got years left on that deal. Good luck.

I posted a scenario in random thoughts. Would you do this?

Schroder +19 + 30 for Young + 23 + 50 is the best they can do.

that or Jefferson /Poythress instead of Young and then the Hawks can just cut Al and Poythress immediately with no cap issues.
Teague was also 28, Dennis is 24.

I wouldn't do that trade. Ur moving back 4 spots from 19 and then moving back 20 spots from 30 just to get Young who you are goin to waive anyways? All that to get rid of Dennis? No thanks.

that's the point, you're ridding yourself of Schroder's contract. That's gonna cost you assets.

Cost us assets how? He's making 15.5 mill the next 3 years, that's not that big of a cap hit TBH.

We're not playing for anything the next year or 2 so cap flexibility doesn't mean much. Who's goin to sign to us now? We couldn't sign big name free agents when we were good.

He won't cost us assets, he just won't get us any which is just as bad. Dennis is likely stuck. He needs to play better and prove he's a legit starter. I would seriously look at moving up into the lottery to take Shai or if Trae falls in the late lottery to backup Dennis and groom them to be the PG's of the future. Dennis can be traded next year if a team needs a PG by ASB. For now, Dennis must stay. We don't have any alternatives at this point.

I would see if Denver is willing to trade 14/Faried for 30 and 33. I don't want to trade 19 by any means. That tends to be our sweet spot. We got John Collins at 19 last year and Teague previously before.

Team wants to tank pretty openly, why would he want to stay and waste his best years? It's rare that a player will say stuff like that, but at least dude was honest. We want athletes to be honest, but at the same time, we don't want them to be. He killed his trade value though.

That's the part that kills me, he's not doing us any favors. In fact we prolly shouldn't do him any favors by trading him, or trade him to another tanking team.

We can get the 14 pick, I would strongly look to packaging #14 and #19 and moving up to get Collin Sexton at 9 or 10. Or even look at getting Mikal Bridges. That would be a great coup for us.

He actually was mentioning teams he would like to join in the conference like Indy or Milwaukee. fukking clown. He's now stuck. No way we can move his stupid ass now and his court case is still pending.

Idiot, we are asset driven, Dennis is fukking up the assets we can get for him which makes him someone we just won't move. When you open your mouth and say stupid shyt. You just end up stuck.
