i finally finished this show just now.took me over a year to watch season 5

the time jump in season 5

the ending wasnt that bad.I wouldve liked to see Walter and the kid in the future but other than that and the time jump it was ok

i still say season 3 is where this show started to fall off when the started doing whole episodes in the 2nd timeline.4 was just pure

overall the show was just ok but im not mad that i watched it

I Remember finishing this year's ago. Ending was amazing but season 5 has a whole was kinda meh.

Seasons 2-3 were the strongest. And the alternate universe was piff.

season 2 is goat status

season 3 was the 2nd best season but thats not really saying much cause 4 and 1 were and 5 was just ok

and i personally didnt care for 2nd timeline or the versions of the characters in it

i mean i didnt mind the story going that way but i definitely didnt want to see entire procedural episodes in the 2nd timeline with their fringe teams solving crimes

The big thing that bothered me about season 5 were them calling all of them Observers. Other than that, I kind of loved it. It took me a minute to get onboard with the whole timeline shifts but I ended up loving those too.

I've never watched X-Files so I couldn't compare the two. I've been meaning to for years but keep putting it off.

Fringe had some great moments throughout and it will always hold a special place for me. I initially held off on watching it because Pacey is not a leading man to me and that kept bothering me.
