Ok we'll I tried to crush the buildings telling him how he's worshipping a man and a woman. Told him I googled his church and found shyt disproving his info. I could tell he got heated and he tried to use the "Anyone can post anything on the internet argument". He also linked me to this website that proves his church is real :russ:
Beware! Cult Watch! Prove Ahnsahnghong

If he keeps pushing it I'mma have to take a shyt all over his beliefs which means I'm going to have to look for a new ride to work.:manny:

Had some fruity looking dudes at a blockbuster 2 years ago try to recruit me. They looked like they were on something or brainwashed. I wanted to laugh everytime that they asked if I believed in mother earth. People who fall for this are the same type of people who fall for Nigerian scams.

Ironically they are the same people who fall for Republican scams as well

I thought I was christian but I can't identify with the religious beliefs they want to force on me everytime I attend a church.

Guess I have to be agnostic for now. I defintely believe in some God. The more I delve into christianity or any religion the more I find shyt I have to :shaq2: to. Thanks for the insight anyways in this specific situation how would you handle it?

You don't have to be anything...

You make your beliefs, don't let your beliefs make you

From a Christian perspective...
IF he believes and calls himself a christian then the following are not supported by the bible.

1. God being a plurality. A Trinity yes, a singularity yes, but a plurality NO. Ask him to prove this to you through the bible.

2. Ask him f he believes Ahn Sang-Hong is in fact the second coming of Jesus.
If he says NO, then ask him to reconcile that fact that his church does support that doctrine. If he says yes ask him to support it with scripture.

3. Support scripturally the concept of a "Mother god" and the fact that she is the wife of Ahn Sang.

4. Provide scriptural backing to the fact that they believe god divided time into 3 epochs.

IF your friend is a christian he's gonig to have to jump through some seriously flawed (from a scriptural standpoint) hoops to reconcile some of these things.

GL working on my brother right now with the mormon church. It's going well:smile:

He's been avoiding me all day which is weird cause he kicks it at the guardshack with me all the time. I told him I was going to show him my sources and now he's all of a sudden to busy to chill.

I straight up told him it's blasphemous to believe any man can be God and the bible says so. He ignores this and wants to concentrate on the prophecy's in revelations that anyone can interpret to mean whatever they want. At the study they pulled off some fancy tricks with the bible to prove a point. I asked him if before he went through all their studies did he research the church. He said no.

Guess I'm going to be driving myself to work from now on. Thanks for the advice.

Pray home boy pray. IF you take the approach of wanting to "save" him his going to turn his back on you, as i'm sure people in his church are telling him.

Ask questions. That's what I do. When I see certain people form certain groups and they stop by my house i start asking questions and start asking them to back things up biblically, even "fancy tricks" as from what i'm reading this church tries to pull off fall apart when fact checked within the bible.

Just make sure you have answers before you start asking questions are you could do more damage than good.

At this point it might be best to NOT say anything for a while and then maybe in a week ask him how church is going, or say something like, "hey I was reading up on your church website and found this, can you help me understand it?"

I will. I don't really care what he believes in, it was just that after I found out what his church was about he kept offering me to come back for another study and I had to tell him why I couldn't get down with his religion. Then shyt got real, he started arguing and getting all red. Now he doesn't wanna even talk but wants to act like shyts sweet. fukk it I'm not talking about it with him any more as long as he doesn't try and convert me we're good.

All religion is equally ridiculous. It is so funny to me that people who believe in talking snakes make fun of others for believing a giant spaceship is coming. If you're into ANY religion, you may as well go ahead and give a pass to every other one.

Either all that s*** is true or none of it is.

Sooooooooooo... think about how easily someone would be able to talk you out of Christianity into Vodun. They could bring a stack of books two stories high and you wouldn't even LISTEN to a word they had to say. This is exactly the reaction your friend is going to have. It's VERY arrogant fo you to think it's your job to go around checking people for this kind of thing.

My cousin is a Jehova's Witness I met her for the first time when I was about 30. Every single time I ever talked to her for the first year she lead off with tryig to convert me. I got sick of it. Not really mad about her faith, just that I am her cousin and we eventually should be getting around to actually talking to each other instead of this s***. One time I responded to one of her solicits with "Actually, I was thinkign that YOU are on the wrong path. I would like to convince you to quit your church and join mine". Even though this was the EXACT same speech she gave me dozens of times, she was PISSED that I would even suggest such a thing. Shut her up though. My sister (who I met as an adult too) is like this. She spends so much time kicking it to me about what she belives but has zero respect for what I believe unless it jibes with her doctrine. "You can't say that to me becuase I believe this" My reply: "F*** you. I can say what I want to you because I BELIEVE this other thing".

Just control where you go. Let him go wherever he wants. We Christians are actually the most dangerous group on this planet. Iraq and Afghanistan wars are Crusades plain and simple. We been fighting that s*** for over 1000 years.
