Yup. He said it casually on a recent clip. He even said the details of the contract in one video. He works off of 4 different platforms and literally live streams all day on top of being in the game for over a decade.

early on they kept having women blowing up on their podcast, security going up there all the time, dudes showing up with guns and sh*t. A lot of these youtubers, especially the right adjacent ones, lie about being cancelled by youtube in order to move their audience to these alternative platforms where they get a bigger bag.

Destiny actually ended his contract with rumble because he couldn't stop the bots and racist from spamming his chat.
That's why nobody wants to move over to rumble, they just let racist and bots dominate chat.
