2014 is definitely off to a good start, but this shyt right here might be my favorite album so far.

this is honestly the best start to a hip hop year that i can remember in at least 11 years.. maybe longer.. usually rap is quiet until summer and then all the high profile acts drop 4th qtr.

It is pretty crazy. 2013 was terrible by comparison. felt like the height of the hipster-hop wave

Perhaps I was too hard on Danny brown. His verse grew on me. The fukking song was amazing. You know madlib is great. Some of these samples are tied to some infamous songs but he flipped em in new ways making them sound refreshing
