even if you have hands, they have fighting knowledge you dont have. theyd grab your limb and pull a kimura or knee lock or arm bar, which you wont even know how to get out of ....there goes your limb. levels. even if just hands. feints are enough to make you pull a hook and get countered to sleep. pffff

LOL Ngannou just won although he had a hurt knee. He started late in MMA & look he's a champ. He's as powerful as a MMA fighter can be and still be functional. Sure with all these muscles his gas tank is limited...
With AJ it's not so much his muscle mass. He's just not a good enough boxer... Bad footwork, no combination punching, lacking boxing fundamentals etc. Sure he's powerful, disciplined & somewhat tough.
But he would never be champ in the 70s, 90s or 00s.
:unimpressed:

Both men are huge, and chiseled to the heavens with almost perfect bodies, but both men also have multiple losses in their respective sport.

How has anyone not pointed out the oxymoron of a thread this is. So literally two of the best modern day fighters in their respective sports are proof that the reason why they’re two of the best in their sport doesn’t matter in their respective sports?
