Sometimes answering emails at night makes the following day easier. Personally, I don't need the government regulating when and when I can't check my phone. If I don't feel like looking at emails after 6, I won't.

Of course, I wouldn't argue with that. Personally I do most of my emailing at night and early am. I see the issue as being that it crosses the line of being at work and being paid and when you're not at work and not being paid. Of course in America we're not really conditioned that way. How many people it would actually effect would be interesting to see.
