I know its more now, thats why I said it was like that in 99. But if the ratios stayed the same then it would be similar now.
percentage wise It's probably still pretty similar.
honestly though, I can't find any real good reason that they ban this "burkini" regardless of how intolerant and ass backwards islam is. France shouldn't feel the need to go to this extreme to combat it.

You dont even know what you are arguing. I didnt say blacks in general because theres a lot of people from the Caribbean who are part of France's black population. Not all black people in France are black Africans. My statement was about people who's families immigrated from Subsaharan Africa. The way this back and forth has went, it seems like you dont even know this.

At least half a mill people born in one of those Islands lived in France in 2008. If you add in the huge number of French-born people with roots from those Islands you can easily reach a million or more. Thats why my argument wasnt about Blacks in general.
