For the first movie, I would start with the Orginal 5 in a flashback for the first ten minutes or so. Flash forward a few years as Cyclops and Prof. X recruit Nightcrawler, Wolverine, Storm, and Colossus. The heroes undergo training and go on a mission to rescue the OG X-men from Stephen Lang in his research facility, resulting in a huge battle against Sentinels at the end. The X-men challenge Magneto and his brotherhood of evil mutants in the heart of his volcano base to save both the humans and the Shi'ar. In the end, Jason Wyngarde is revealed to be spying on Jean.

The third one would open in medias res, as they've been attacked multiple times by the Hellfire Club between movies and they rendevous at Angel's home in New Mexico. The heroes infiltrate the Hellfire Club and battle the Inner Circle after Jean is turned against the group. They beat the Inner Circle, but Jean becomes Dark Phoenix and flies of on a rampage, like in the comics. Also like the comics, the final battle pits the X-men against the Imperial Guard (who want Jean executed). Jean sacrifices herself in the end. After her funeral, Kitty Pryde arrives at the X-mansion, having just received her acceptance letter to Xavier's home for the gifted.

Dark Phoenix Saga would be ill. I heard a rumor that it is Kevin Feige's favorite Marvel story and he might bite the shyt out of it for Captain Marvel. Then with him saying Captain Marvel will be by far the most powerful in the MCU I could see it happen.

Man the First Class movie should've been about the First class with Cyclops, Jean, Beast, Angel, and Iceman. I actually liked First Class though but this timeline shyt needs to be scrapped and just do a proper First class movie but have them be like Young Justice with the squad able to grow into their roles. Add members accordingly and keep it about the X-men as a family and team.:snoop:

I'd like to see a fresh reboot with someone else at the helm.

The series peaked with dofp. Logan seems like it will be a good send off

They need a fresh start.

Use Logan as the final chapter and then relaunch the film's with an all new cast.

Apocalypse was very mediocre and very dissapointing. Singer seemed to mail it in. As did fassbender and jlaw.

I'd love to see the costumes from the comics.

People may not have been ready for all that when the first film dropped but now they definitely are
