Her sure I do, its literally in her filing

The key part is paragraph 31. In 29 and 30 she states Joy told her to get down with it and she is a single mother and has to remain quiet.
31 we hear from her supervisor , 7 years later, that she was forced onto the show by Dixon, who does this to women he fukks with.

Its called deductive reasoning breh
nikka - this is one of my specialties as a lawyer, stop quoting me. You sound foolish.

We all can ready the same document breh wtf? :skip: :skip:
Your eyes and my eyes as a lawyer are not the same thing. The dude is too arrogant to realize that he doesn’t have the tools or faculties to analyze a complaint. He quoted me and said “deductive reasoning” and didn’t understand what I was saying about paragraph 89 and then said I was lying. @David_TheMan didn’t comprehend that I was saying that if the plaintiff’s lawyer was associating bayless’ firing with her he would’ve said “upon information and belief” which is standard if you think it’s reasonable to believe something. The fact that it isn’t said means that he knows it would be a reach to make that claim but dude made that claim anyway because he assumes that PTSD and seeing a therapist makes you crazy and that every single plaintiff doesn’t to see a therapist to bolster other claims. The lawyer knows the only person who could corroborate that claim would be Skip Bayless who would deny it. It’s a nugget to drop in there to help tell his story but he would not actually put that forward in any argument.

The extent of her mental issues would show up in discovery in her medical records and without that or any other facts - he is just blindly speculating. Mind you - I’m a corporate defense/management/business side lawyer more than a plaintiff lawyer so it would be my job to beat something like this. And a big part of that is seeming reasonable in front of a judge. This nikka is throwing shyt at the wall. It’s a product of the Trump era that no one respects expertise anymore until they get jammed up.

Dyscalculia is also known as "math dyslexia" or "number dyslexia". It's less common than other learning disabilities like dyslexia and dysgraphia, and is often misdiagnosed or underdiagnosed.

@David_TheMan :picard:

Yall let’s not get too testy and focus our energies on the countless laughs this will supply us with

Acho "Welcome everyone to the best 2 hours of tv you will see today on the facility family. I am your host Emmanuel Acho alongside a few of my buddies we're going to talk about the Joy & Pain (No Frankie Beverly) of the final week in the season. Since i only played 4 seasons in the NFL, I, myself never really experienced much Joy this week as my teams were never that good and I was always planning my vacations. There were however some other weeks where I had so much Joy my head literally exploded. To the immediate right of me, my dawg, my former teammate, 2 time super bowl champion Lesean Shady McCoy had alot more Joy than I ever did and I admit at times I was jealous of the amount of Joy this brotha had over me. To the left of me James Jones a one time Super Bowl champion who had limited experiences with Joy that I can placate to him and call him my Nigerian brotha on TV because he never let the Joy get to his head. And finally last but not least, heisman finalist Chase Daniel who once tried to find his Joy, but thankfully facility family was shut down quickly because if he ever had Joy Ladies & Gentlemen, I could never look at myself or the work the same way again. We have a great show for you guys today."
