Honestly this makes a lot of sense as to why Shannon ended up leaving and Skip was acting a certain way towards him

Shannon was getting alot of attention as the “main guy” on the show, which probably rubbed Skip the wrong way… but from the looks of it Shannon was liked by the regular staff there, and Skip feels a certain way that Shannon is either smashing (or has it in his head that he’s smashing) his work crush and he can’t take it

Ramona isn't in Bristol, she works out of LA mainly due to her connections with Jeanie Buss and Rambis, which is why she has her ESPN position in the first place.
