I'm 100% on board with a reparations tax on them. Anyone with an inherited net worth of over 2mil should be taxed too.

The funds from that can then be put into a reparations department which processes applications and doles out the funding. You would be eligible for a monthly pay out if your net income falls below 150k a year.
