when I want to get rid of or stop motherfuka from messing with me . I do this simple freezer ritual

1. get a piece of paper, plastic cup, and a parament marker or pen
2. write the person's first and last name on the paper
3. then right below there name put chill out
4. place the piece of paper in the cup and place in the freezer

this shyt works ever fukking time. had mad bosses, and haters seriously disappear from my life or become my friend
