I mean, the side quests are mostly fluff or for optional gear that while useful, doesn't change things up so greatly that they're a must. But if you were to do all of them and really scour the map, it's over 40-50+ hours that way. But yeah, main story can be beaten in a good 15 hours, if played straight through on normal mode. A lil longer on hard mode.
