Uncertain grounds
I applied to work for WWE creative on a whim, didn't work out. Thought it would be a dream job, but based on what this guy is talking about, it seems more hostile/tyrannical than I initially assumed. They don't really have much of an internship system or structure in place to groom employees, and in addition to Vince's obsessive drive to have his way, is why they don't feel prepared for when Vince leaves. Vince has the last call on nearly everything, which trains employees to assume that they need approval before knowing whether or not they are doing the right thing. When that voice of approval leaves, or changes ineffectively, the employees may slide into disarray.

Shame that Shane isn't around anymore, I agree with those before me who said things would probably be better with him around. At least we saw The Rock bite his entrance ramp taunt the other night.

I said a whiles back in another thread that Stephanie was great at her roles, but I should have clarified that I thought she was great at her roles on screen. I never figured she would be competent in a power role, and according to this, it appears as though she isnt.

Anyway, I love reading shyt like this, and hope to hear more from this Bauer dude in the future.

Lol no wonder why triple H never loses.

Triple H needs to become the new Vince and needs to find his Austin

If you think about it, in most of Vince's memorable moments, he's looking like a jackass. Triple H isn't entertaining or self-deprecating enough to be Vince's successor in that regard.

C/S, I hope what was said about the locker room giving Haitch the :childplease: if he tried to rah-rah up the troops isn't true. Cuz you know Steph will be her dad AND mom at the same time.

Conservative coke whores don't make for comfortable work environments. :scusthov:

But more chance of young talent fukkin that old broad to get ahead, and I don't think I can be mad at that :ahh:

Like I have always said once Vince dies this shyt is over. Much as y'all think HHH can save it he's not a McMahon he's just married to one. Ultimately Stephanie will have the final say and she's her Father's daughter.

Then why did you dap the post saying HHH is going to run the company into the ground? :shaq2:

Cause he'll definitely have a hand in it as well. He'll be running certain aspects of the business, and maybe I'm wrong and the decision making will be 50/50. Fact is they'll both run it into the ground.

The biggest problem wwe faces is the refusal to let anyone look on the level of Cena . I hate to say this but we could actually use a Cena injury ( and I like him ) the wwe makes him bigger than the title so everyone else looks less no matter how many tshirts they sell. Like people saying punk doesn't draw but casual fans are going to see him like a Orton , Jericho shame second tier below Cena stars so why really focus on him. When every Cena storyline closes the show he's turning into Hhh almost . Hhh literally came in automatically to ruin the summer of punk to get a victory that he didn't need. Punk should be cenas batman but instead he's treated like captain marvel .
If you think about it literally there is no one left to feud with that makes sense . They made him so big that Cena has no equals .
The attitude era main eventers were relatively equal so it wouldnt be a shock to see rock vs taker, Hhh vs Austin etc now it's not like that pretty much everyone is midcard

Shane looks exactly like attitude era Vince right down to the puffed out steroid chest:smugfavre:

Any chance he actually gets involved in the family buisness again? I'm confident in believing that when Vince passes or steps down the E is fukked. What that writer says is true Trips def has to learn all that buisness man shyt on the fly, but Shane o has had that shyt since birth and we all know he is gonna be needed to cancel out Stephs shyt.:snoop:

They gonna need that boy to cut buisness deals or the E gonna regress like a motherfukker.

this was from last year

Shane McMahon spoke with the Los Angeles Times about his life after WWE. “It was the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make,” McMahon said of his leaving WWE. “I didn’t want to wake up when I was 70 and say, ‘I should have done that.’” Shane said telling his father Vince McMahon that he wanted to leave the family business was “brutal” and said there remains some residual tension two years later. “It’s still hard,” he said.

Think about it. Triple H needs to put his ego to the side since his getting older and retire. Have some young up and coming "I don't give a fukk" guy start pushing his buttons. Then BOOM we got the new stone cold and Vince :youngsabo:

I thought they could recreate that with Punk and HHH, cept HHH could actually fight back on his own. Could've been dope if they done that last summer instead of that one off match with fukkery.

Cm punk can't play that role anyways. Dude is no where as scary as stone cold.

They need a brand new dude. Dude fights in the ring and triple shuts them down for a Announcement. Dude says I'm not leaving and bust triple h up.

Triple H then spends the week tryin to get him back then the dude 1 ups him one more time. Then BOOM they can drag it out for 2 years
