One day in and he already has better designs than most of what WWE came up with for him (minus the BITW shirt, which was one of the best wrestling shirts ever).

The Black Flag homage is almost normal enough to wear out as a normal shirt. shyt, if it were just some obscure indy wrestler instead of Punk, you'd be able to wear that out just fine.

Gave up on iTunes acting like a sucka and tuned in to Youtube last night. Caught Bryan Alvarez this morning too.

As far as work goes, he seemed straight-laced on it all. "Steroid Guy" can't work. They have no plans for the entire roster, or if they do, they don't tell anyone. The whole culture just sounds horrific to work in from a creative standpoint and from the way he tossed this Doctor in the bushes, from a health standpoint too. I can't hate. I would question the necessity to go at Hunter because he went at it him for small things. Just sounds like bad chemistry, but something they should have worked out with each other if it was only a bad vibe. I guess Hunter ain't about that though.

I thought it was funny how he spoke about all these douchebag fans out there too.

"HEY PHIL! :feedme:"

People out here claiming they paid for his house. :usure:

lol nah..u playin right?

It started wit the Chris Brown thing, a few people ran with it, and then tried to solidify it once he said Abraham Washington was rightfully fired after his live Kobe Bryant rape joke.

I listened to it the other day, and man I don't blame him. They were working him like an circus animal with no regard for his health or safety. He could have seriously been afflicted after that staph infection or even die. And all they cared about was.. uh.. so how ya feeling champ, can you make to the next date? Oh you can't.. well we sort of already booked it so can you uh.. work with us here. He could have died. Just driving that point home. Its just crazy and it makes the medical staff look really bad. They were pumping this dude up with so much medication for ailments that wasn't even applicable that caused him to literally shyt himself and be unable to sleep for who knows how long.

The other thing that caught my attention in the interview was how they love to not only steal peoples' ideas but much more importantly how they like to clip the wings of those that are able to get traction with the fans as either a heel or face. Its pretty dam hard to acquire a connection with people like that and they consistently rob their employees of it due to spite or just the desire to fukk with them. But its like he said in the interview, most are trick themselves into believing that they should be happy to work there because it was their dream as kids so quit your bytching. He explained more so, just go listen to it.

But anyways, I think it goes back to something with the Rock. He got so big that he left the WWE to make his own money and not be tethered to (for lack of a better word) leeches that want to mandate how he should run his career and what their entitled to. They don't want another guy to become bigger than the company because that somehow means a lost in money/revenue for them; might as well include ego in there on some "who do you think you are, I made you, you're nothing without us!" tip.

Does anybody find the timing of this suspicious?

The interview comes out right after Triple H is taken off television along with a throwaway RAW.

I don't doubt CM Punk is telling the truth and is frustrated but I still feel like some of this is leverage. Clearly he has the fans on his side and the support for him at the live shows will probably be back. Plus it's not like they have a must see main event draw for WrestleMania.

If they offered him creative control, the WrestleMania main event, and a gigantic paycheck, I still think he'd do it.

Punk vs. Brock 2 with Brock threatening to take the title to UFC would be the biggest match they could probably do for WrestleMania right now

wwe is stoopid anyway.
as punk has built in programs from his grassroots days.
that fans still want to see playout in a wwe environment with wwe based principal replacements.

for the wwe not to offer punk the oppurtunity to make brock lesnar into samoa joe.
then, really run a punk fails on the big one.
after he was the longest reigning champ.
is a disservice, and illustrates the company does not do what is best for business.
