So here are my thoughts on the situation after listening to Punk tell his story...

First off, I never had a problem with Punk leaving, and I still don't. Punk was very unhappy, why the hell should he be forced to stay in a place where he is miserable? He's no different than any other person in life, who hates their job and is absolutely miserable. Except for the fact that unlike most people, Punk actually did something about it. We'd all do the same if we had the means. And now many of ya'll changing up from "CM Punk is a quitter" to "Why didn't Punk leave earlier" :dead: Plus nikkas would still be complaining even if he stayed. I remember plenty of people complaining that Punk was going through the motions and shyt. If he stayed and coasted, ya'll would be complaining about that too, as a wrestler you can't win with these fans :russ:

And for those bashing Punk for having a big ego and a bigger sense of self worth than he should, well that's your opinion. But you guys aren't the one going in the ring and busting your ass night in and night out, he is. And if he feels he's a superstar and should be treating as such, then who are you to tell him any different. I mean, it's not like he doesn't have a leg to stand on. He was the hottest guy on the roster before being sabotaged, and still managed to be one of the top guys there afterwards. Just because you think he should be complacent doesn't mean he should feel that way about himself. I'm not sure why people don't get this yet, but in case you still haven't figured it out: ALMOST EVERY SUPERSTAR IN THE HISTORY OF WRESTLING IS A MARK FOR THEMSELVES

What this did for me is confirmed what I knew all along: Vince never looked at Punk as superstar. Even during his year long title reign, which people like to bring up as a way of telling Punk not to complain. He spent a good portion of it, where he wasn't even headlining and main-eventing. That was still John Cena. And they never even let him go over Cena clean during all those months they feuded Also, Punk basically confirmed what I had been saying for a long time: His year long reign was a farce, and he was only keeping that belt warm for when The Rock comes back. Cokeboy and co. were determined to feed whoever had the belt at the time to Rock. And Punk happened to be that guy. Why they hell you think they let Punk walk around for a year carrying Cena's ugly ass title, then waited until the minute Rock won it to change it :rudy: That was bullshyt, they should have introduced the new belt when Punk was champ, further proving that his reign wasn't shyt to them.

And the whole staph infection shyt is just icing on the cake. How the fukk you gonna let one of your guys just walk around with an infection for months and not do shyt about it :what: Should have cut it the moment he asked. They're very lucky Punk didn't die, MRSA is no joke.

I fully sided with Punk from the beginning, and I still am to this very day. fukk The E :camby:

He's got a point about them letting Cripple H walking out Floyd but he couldn't walk his little homeboy out because it being barbaric....alright. That's not a bad point from the kid.

Let be real the MMA community looks down on wrestling. I would of say no too. Dana White and Vince don't fukk with each other

I can't really feel too bad for Punk. The guy is an admitted and unapologetic a$$hole. I'm pretty sure if the shoe was on the other foot he would have pulled the same shenanigans as Hunter/Vince. He's only mad because it happened to him. Props for making Vince tap out in court but that's where it stops. I think people like the interview so much because it gives them a chance to say, "See, see I was right about the WWE." Punk didn't reveal anything that wasn't already assumed or basically common knowledge about how Vince and Co. run things.

I give him a 50/50 shot of coming back in a few years.
Soo your just gonna say im sure punk would be as bad as hhh/vince so I dont feel bad ? That logic is :dwillhuh: everyone can have they own opinions but come on man that's just hate

I can understand them not letting Punk walk Chael out. Seeing how Dana doesn't necessarily like WWE. Obviously, you can't really make assumptions however since WWE has their side of the story to tell.... The problem is, will they share their side?

Old Brooklyn, word to @DPresidential
Also, did anyone have the :beli: when he constantly said "my wife". Like dude we know who she is, you only smash chicks inside of wrestling.
I was definitely thinking "alright, we get it" in mind when he kept saying it during that fan story.

:dahell:

He doesn't want to unnecessarily attract attention to AJ with his walking out.
He walked out 10 months ago:dahell:

You really not understanding why he didn't say her name? Everyone knows they're together but still its a matter of simply protecting her
From who? The company knows they're together. Fans know they're together. They've been photographed at public events and even with this story getting some run, no one outside of wrestling fans care who AJ is.

I don't take this as 100% gospel, but I have a feeling a whole lot of it is true and syncs up with what we've seen regarding punk over the past 3+ years.

Damn shame he never got the proper treatment. I feel bad that we never got a Punk/Cena/Bryan WM main event with Bryan going over.

I like daniel bryan but it's undisputed truth that he is the only wrestler ever to be world champion and the company lost nearly a billion dollars
He also folded due to an injury and had arguably one of the worst wwe reigns of the past 15 years

For fukks sake, that has absolutely nothing do with who was champion at the time. That was all stock market speculation.
