DNA test should be mandatory at birth period..

I've proposed this in the past. There's security on site and social workers. After the results come in, the male is brought into a room with a social worker and 2 security guards posted inside. It's calmly explained to him and he's given about one to 3 hours of counselling and time to process everything and the option to contact a lawyer if he needs to for divorce. The security is there for the men who'd get violent and try to murder the woman or the person giving them the bad news.

The cost of these things I think is part of the reason why this isn't done. Some men can be extremely dangerous when they hear something upsetting and then see the proof. There'd be a murder every day if this was put into place without the proper infrastructure.
