As far as bold maybe that applies to you but I know people myself included that can or at least where we at so I don't need to relocate to make it happen. Atl isn't the only place blacks parlay with other blacks and root each other on for success. I forget I'm probably conversing with cats that think stuff like this is mythical and have little to no experience with seeing that happen often. Again do what you do just don't think you just going to be there next thing you know you balling that's all but I say that for cats thinking they can move anywhere not just Atl

Homes in Savannah cost more than Atlanta, besides on the Southside which is where a lot of military families stay. The parts of Savannah that matter are all part of Historic Districts and the homes are in the 600-1mil+ range. Pooler is a suburb of Savannah which is affordable which is where the middle class blacks tend to move to since they can't afford to stay in Savannah most of the times.

yeah Pooler is probably the best part of the metro area to live in if you are Black, there is a decent amount of Blacks who move out to Richmond Hill and Rincon though (can't stand living in Effingham though)

I know business owners who don't have the same opportunities like in Atlanta that's why nikkas is always going down there. And when they do they EAT. Oh I don't understand being a black business owner even though my dad has a few already that I worked for down south. Gotcha family do what you need to do.
