KCP could move over and start at SF or Singler. Perimeter did can't be much worse than it already is with Monroe playing matador D.

KCP or Singler for extended minutes at the 3 :laff::laff::laff::laff::laff::laff:

We're still going to be a 6th seed at best with that trade. Batum for Monroe would be perfect. Drafting a proper 3 man in the draft would be good too. All that other shyt gotta be jokes.

LOL so who is starting in that lineup?

Do you realize how horrible the perimeter defense would be? I hope they make this trade just so yall can see how stupid this would be. Better off drafting a sharpshooter 3 like Rodney Hood for Monroe and developing chemistry for 2-3 years before making a run.
One of the main reasons the perimeter d is so bad is because of what happens when a player drives to the basket. Billups and rip Hamilton were not good perimeter defenders. But when they got Ben Wallace and Rasheed behind them defending the paint , opponents were not as quick to drive by them. Yeah you can drive by Jennings but what you gonna do when you run into josh and drum. Monroe might be the worst pick and roll defender in the nba.

The Pope getting National recognition:

The list of the NBA's top three-man defensive units so far this season are largely Pacers, as we'll discuss. At the time of this writing, nine of the top 25 are from Indiana, in fact. Which means players on 29 rosters are competing for the 16 remaining spots. So when I tell you that Caldwell-Pope is on the list five times himself, with a grab bag of Pistons ... well, something is up.

that was all man to man too :myman:, KCP just exemplified the fact that PG24 is suspect when he has to put the rock on the floor. KCP can guard 3's just not the big 3's like Bron and Durant.

I think it speaks more to KCP's ability and less to to PG being a liability. I would take George for Monroe any day.
