I'm 36.

last time i wore jeans were with shoes you know boots (not timbs) and boat-shoes.

i wear all forms of fabrics for my trousers, i dont wear jeans anymore its too constricting and i style much better in my style of wears.

wearing sneakers outside sweats is childish for teens and men children.

lol @ that jerry sienfield swagless look.
breh this shyt is hot for 1970

nobody think like that anymore "sneakers are for youth"

:skip:

those "rules" been out the window for years. people like you are stuck in a past following rules not even of your own. fabric choices don't make you mature. shoe don't make you mature. all these viewpoints are severely outdated :heh:

you are right and its pretentious to judge people but unfortunately in this modern world metropolis we are having an even shorter and shorter window to make an impression or stand out as ourselves.

thought our wears has a little to do with that, how we present ourselves. (there are more important characteristics to life but people are shallow especially the women)

:salute:

ok i see you're a young boy thats all love. :salute:

me i would wear some stan smiths and chinos or trousers or sweats with that rick owens get up.

i have never shown my kneecaps in public if im not in some shorts ... not with the ripped jean look its highly effeminate to me.

Thank you!! It’s why I get most of my jeans from Old Navy nowadays because these other places I used to get jeans from stay having those fukking rips....And it be on colors/shades that I actually like and be excited to cop until I picked them up and see the tears :beli: One of the most annoying fashion trends of the last 10 years smdh.

oh fo sho!

AA had the most influential style till this day! its just that times moved on i mean in the 1980s with the "paid in full crowd" them youngings looked good with fitted jeans and their sneakers. its just fashion has pushed forward and infact the reception to what certain people wear have altered basically here the sneaker look represents a casual approach to life, its always worn with sweats so the person isnt doing many things productive. etc.

it makes sense the love for the sneaker game even jerry sienfield, kamala harris, etc ... were on complex sneaker shopping show. its just i think wearing them outside of sweats/joggers the look is tier 2 or 3 can never be a top ranking look especially after a certain age.

dope thread.

I can’t lie, I started rocking dress shoes with jeans a lil more because of that London trip. It’s one of my most favorite smart causal piece combos now.

Even though I still rock jeans, I’ve noticed that I haven’t been wearing them as often as I used to. Ever since last year, I’ve been more into fitted sweats and joggers. I usually get them in pretty good quality as long as they’re comfortable since I’m at the point in my life where I wanna nice balance between style, substance, and comfort. Plus due to the material, it’s easier (and healthier) for your manhood to breathe too...Which is why I prefer wearing flexible slim straight or something that’s more “relaxed fitted” (basically kinda loose but not baggy; trimmed down enough but without being skinny) when it comes to jeans.

comfort is key for sure, and when it comes to sneakers you cant go wrong with sweats and joggers.

If you don't own a decent pair of dress shoes :hhh:

nikkas wearing black AFs to funerals and Sunday Service :hhh:

nikkas wearing the faux leather plastic box looking Stacy Adams joints :hhh:

Let go of the hypebeast tendencies and drop $300 on a pair of nice Oxfords. And if they're uncomfortable, find a pair that are comfortable.
No

If these nikkas were 5'7 itd look completely stupid. But tall brehs can pull it off

There's nothing wrong with pairing suits with a classic silhouette/minimalist sneakers like the common projects,Oliver Cabell etc

High tops and sporty sneakers are no no though:scust:
