What are roll overs?

Minimum amount of plays [moneywise] you have to make in order to withdraw. The only thing is I thought you only get rollovers if you take the special offers and deals.

For example if they offer you 300% reload bonus and you out in 100, they'll give you an extra 300 to bet but this could be at 6x rollover. So you have to make 1800 [300 x 6] worth of plays

I don't necessarily mean you have to be sitting right in the middle of the sportsbook, I just mean your ease of access to your funds is much more convenient. You walk into the book and collect your winnings easily. We're dealing with offshore guys. They play all sorts of tricks that sometimes leave you without access to your funds for weeks at a time. Rollovers are basically requirements that are issued before you can cash out.

For example, If I deposit at a certain book, they issue you a rollover of 10x. I deposit $100 and get a $100 bonus, which is basically a free $100 given to me to play with.

$200 times 10 = $2000 of rollover. I essentially have to wager $2000 in total money before I can cash out.

There's just more incentive to play with the money more. However, there are some books without these requirements like a Bovada or a 5Dimes (they do have a deposit rollover) where you can easily pull hit and runs, but still, it's inconvenient. I hope I live to see a day where I can go to a local sportsbook and play and collect without having to travel to Vegas, but that's probably not happening in my life time.

fukk. I hope my 5dimes account isn't like this, but they didn't give me any type of reload bonus so I think I'm good.

There's something different between betting online and in person. It must be nice to bet and collect your ticket immediately. We gotta deal with rollovers and shyt like that where if we don't bet big chances are the rollover will kill us if we stick to small bets.

Other times it's just because we feel like it's a good bet :manny:
Lol, you think that's limited to online? Books are filled with degenerates and the 10 leg parlays.

I want to go to England just to experience that feeling.

Of course they are, I'm not saying they don't exist whatsoever. My point is, if I'm going to have to wait 3 weeks to receive my winnings, I might as well get my money's worth. However, recently, I think I'm done messing with those books. I'd be up way more if I never had to fulfill these bullshyt rollover requirements.

I hate making bets earlier, but this Cal -1.5 against UC Santa Barbara looks too good to be true :whoo:

Handicapping is just like stocks to me. I shun all these fukking number nerds and do my own research. Street sense>

I didnt need to look at any numbers, as soon as soon as I saw heat -4.5
And then for it to not move..
Too good to be true, and anyone with sense saw that. Not saying it was a lock bet because Miami could have kept it closer for sure.
