How do you guys normally fund your account and what type of payout do you choose?

I use my mastercard or visa. If you are leery you can use a prepaid card. I wouldn't recommend using the moneygram or western union option. After a while depending on how often you loadup you will get one of there blacklisted names and you will get blacklisted. I'm banned from moneygram for Life. But Western Union will take you off the blacklist after a year.

Payout wise I use the Bitcoin payout or Paypal.

Yeah you have to fill out the one form and then pic of a id and the card.

It goes in waves just don't gamble with anything you cant afford to lose. Once you load it up consider it gone. Stay away from PARLAYS it's hard enough to win one game. Good luck and looking forward to trading them wins and loss stories with you.
