Yea I been cooking a lot lately. Even been making my own gluten free pizza. shyt is bomb as fukk. Used the fathead pizza crust recipe. It's just almond flour, eggs, and cheese. Making my own reeses cups with real cocao powder and natural peanut butter. There's a lot of healthy alternatives to shyt and they taste just as good. Ice cream, donuts, snickers, pancakes. Takes some time but it's worth it.
But my diet revolves around red meat, fish, and green veggies. I eat a crazy amount of veggies every day. I try to make this smoothie as much as I can. It gives you 100% of your daily requirements on damn near every vitamin. And crazy fiber and potassium which most people don't get enough of.
