When you start tracking calories, it's insane how many restaurants DGAF. Look at the caloric content of a Cheesecake Factory entree. That shouldn't be legal.

I realized that too when looking at some of the shyt i used to eat, like one slice of bread containing like a 100 calories. I watch the Food Channel and shows where they go to restaurants around the country and portion control is definitely not a concern for most.
