Maybe expand your veggie palate? I was raised on buttered rice, bread and juice so it took me forever to like real food but try cooking them different ways.
roasted broccoli and garlic
watermelon and shrimp salad
strawberry and spinach salad
spinach and mushrooms
pan fried kale with tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, grilled chicken chunks and bowtie pasta
bell peppers sliced as a snack
carrot sticks and hummus
spinach drinks or side salads
greek yogurt with raw honey and dash of cinnamon
salmon, chicken, shrimp, black beans
shark isn't that healthy cuz the mercury but its tasty and adds variety
I try to drink water with lemon and mint leaves to fill up a lot too.
