FlyLo aint made anything good since Cosmogramma. Shut the fukk up, nikka!

Flying Lotus as Capitain Murphy shyts on anything Future will ever release.

That's a fact.

nikkas really get heated when their Urban Outtfitters, Baby's first trap rapper gets rightfully shytted on :russ:

not all the time. on the lower end of the game there's a lot beatmakers getting producer credits when they were never in the studio with the rapper or involved in anything after making a beat

Furthermore. If Metro Boomin had the following he could do a Metro Boomin Ft. Future - the industry isn't built like that. Metro Boomin isn't selling out shows, he could if he went that way but he isn't

He's wrong

What someone does on the beat is more important than the beat itself

Give someone else that Jumpman beat and it doesnt become Jumpman

The beat is the soul of a song

There are plenty rappers with good beat selections that are hot doo doo.

nikkas are still criticizing Nas for his poor beat selection vs Jay Z beat selection

We know Nas can spit, but how listenable is he when the beat is garbage

Thugger's freestyle for example

As an complete artist thugger is great

The right beat, flow, and engineering thugger got them hits.

Without his engineer, u got this

Producers did it to themselves.Back in the late 90's - early 2000's producers were charging ridiculous amounts for beats, Like 40 - 100K for a beat and then albums stopped selling they had their check. Then enter the digital age and dudes are making beats with a laptop and a software pack and were happy to get a grand or two for them. Times that number by 100,000 people and you had that many people wanting to get put on to the point that a artist can tell them come through jack their best beats for the low. Same reasons why labels got artist signing their life away for pennies on the dollar.

I don't know metros and futures money deal so I wouldn't comment on that but the way Atlanta is moving right now,Metro could've gave a lot of those beats to just about anyone from the A and still had hits

He's right though. nikkas out here sharking producers
For him to say "we get fuk no Vaseline " in ref to Metro is some fuk boi shyt. No nikka YOU getting fuked. I highly doubt he knows Metro status

In regards to Future, yes he can make a producer hot . At several points in 2011-2013 he was one of the hottest rappers out.
