So if you acknowledge the time is not consistent with his prior regimen how can you then deem it sufficient time for the physical activity his level of fitness needs?

Nah she's actually been fair, if its the same judge who pushed his jail time back, so he could fight in May...and reduced his sentence from 6mths Max to 90 days... Floyd just being a bytch as usual

Money Team Mayweather expected distilled water in glass Vox bottles. He expected access to the work out facilities when other inmates had vacated them. He expected NOT to sit in time out for 23 hours of the day. He expected meals of his designation rather than prison grub.
He expected TOO damn much, and his attorneys are billing him $$$ hourly for these BS motions & filings.

FM does NOT know what he is requesting.
Ex: A muscular 350 pound lifer has nothing to lose & all the cred to gain by challenging/coercing FM to a fight in order to determine who is tougher. If the lifer is killed while fighting FM, he leaves prison a little earlier than expected. *shrug* If the lifer is hurt, then he gets a stay in the infirmary (a welcome change of pace). If the lifer wins, he beat or killed unbeaten FM!
The prison does NOT want to be sued should Mayweather enter general population & get hurt or killed. The prison must cover its own ass. Prison won't assume liability & become vulnerable to suit.
