I dont know man. I thought the same thing especially with the way Marquez beat Pac in the third fight IMO and the 4th fight. But on the other hand, floyd is slowing down.

If the same Floyd that fought Madiana shows up, it might be a long night.

Plus Pac is always dangerous with his angles and punching power. So never say never.

Yup. I wanna see them fight. But at the same time I don't need to see it. We got Broner, Garcia, Canelo, Crawford, and a bunch of other young fighters to hold us down in the future. At the end of the day, i don't need to see this fight. Boxing is bigger than just PAC and FLOYD.

Bob Arum is MANNY's promoter....he gets 27% of whatever Manny's purse or split is. Not the entire purse.

I think what that fool is trying to say and failing miserably at explaining is that Arum ends up pocketing more than Manny when you factor in Manny's expenses like training staff, travel, entourage etc...for his last fight dude booked two planes to Macau and hotel rooms for all those guests...Arum didn't pay for none that, nor is he paying for Roach, Koncz and strength coaches...That all comes out of Manny's pockets...Arum only covers the promotional side...

The things he mentions both travel, and trainers as well as any tickets and travel expenses usually are taken out of the fighters cut though. This is costly enough with just a few friends and family but Manny be flying in 300 people
putting them up in nice hotels, feeding them then paying for there tickets to the fight as well.

These are personal expenses coming out of Manny's pocket.. That is separate from the cut he receives the percentage he gets from a fight.. And AGAIN. Thats not what Skip was saying.. That nikka ws saying Bob Arum takes 27% of all the money, including what Floyd takes

Pacquiao has his own money outside of the purse split he gets from the fights so why would you deduct the money he spends to fly his friends and family in to see the fight (where the tickets are probably comped) from his purse split rather than deduct it from his gross overall net worth?

Usually those expenses come out the fighters purse. When Floyd fought Canelo
the check that was posted listed deductions for tickets amongst a few other things.

I don't know what Arum gets for sure but
tthere has been multiple claims that Manny is getting paid advances on his purses and that Arum is taking advantage of him with both interest and questionable book keeping.

That being said I doubt he's getting 27 percent of the total pie. 27 percent of Manny money I can believe. I have also heard Roach gets above the standard trainers pay
to the tune of 15 percent. Which is crazy because he also has to pay a cut to his manager as well and Im sure he over paying him as well.
