The native black people have a better relationship with the poor white people than I've seen in other states in the South though. Florida is weird like that.

Your more than likely to see white person friends with a black person and some parts of Florida the other places in the south. Again I haven't been everywhere in the south...

Its mainly Florida and some parts of Louisiana. Talk about black poverty and ignorance. Such a different mindset than black folk from the DMV area, or some parts of NY outside of the 5 boroughs.
