Honestly, who really does well in Florida?

If you ignore the Jewish/White transplants from up north.....I bet most of the native whites in the small towns are broke. Of course if the white folks are broke, blacks are starving. Brain drain since I bet most of the young people leave when they see there's no opportunity. I suspect the only people there are those that CAN'T leave and those that have enough money to live anywhere they want.

My family is from the delta and from bessemer, alabama respectively. I'm well aware of the type of extreme poverty in both states.

True all you have to do is go to the Villages. Nothing but 55 year old white people nobody under the age of 50. All people do is sit around play golf all day all the houses look identical. Most of the houses between 200 and $500,000. It's on some old Stepford Wives shyt but with geriatrics gated communities.

Yep first thing i noticed when i moved down here. There is no middle class of black ppl here. Its a lot of struggle for black people. Compared to nyc it was really a shock. Ive only met a handful of brehs who are really doing well down here
