florida is pretty fukked up in general, then add to it the violent sadness of conservatives down there. hearing that music at the gas station probably reminded him of what oreilly said about this no longer being a traditional america, and he snapped.

The guy is from some small town in Brevard County that I've never heard of called Satellite Beach. Just looked up the place. 10,000 people, 95% white, 1% black. If he grew up there, he probably was never around many black people. He came to Jacksonville for his son's wedding and saw some young black dudes in sn SUV playing loud music and something snapped in him apparently.

What makes you guys so sure this is race related? I know in Zimmerman's case there was evidence that he racial profiled in the past, and I know this might turn out to be race related, but is there any evidence or is all dangerous speculation?
I only ask this because living in South Florida, people shoot each other all the damn time, for reasons dumber than "music was too loud."
Here is just one of many, and I mean many, famous examples:
White man shoots Federal Agent (also white) over road rage in front of the agent's daughter, and is now claiming "Stand Your Ground".
Agent Shooting Trial: James Wonder seeking immunity from manslaughter trial - Sun Sentinel
I can keep listing white people shooting white people and claiming Stand Your Ground if you guys would like.

the real problem here is that in the eyes of society the value of an african american's life is not equal to the life of a CAC .

Exactly. These negroes love to get all riled up when a white man kills an "innocent black youth" but wont even bat an eye when negroes kill each other for sport in the hood. Hell, there have been numerous threads in this very forum boasting on how "tough" or "real" people's neighborhoods are based on the number of murders that occur there. The overt hypocrisy is disgusting and backwards really. But unfortunately I don't blame them. They have been conditioned by the black leadership like Sharpton and Jesse Jackson as well as hiphop to overly vilify white on black crime, but ignore black on black crime. If the level of outrage shown against white on black crime was also shown when black on black crime occurred, black on black violence would be substantially reduced.
Liberals and their selective outrage...

Yea, I don't get it man. The shyt that happened in JVille with the loud music happens all the damn time everywhere. White on White, Black on Black, Black on White, White on Black, etc..
What makes the Zimmerman case different is that Zimmerman had a history of racial profiling, was told by the dispatchers not to follow Martin and then the Police Department didn't investigate fully. There is legitimate criticism and anger from that case that I understand.
This case? This shyt happens all the time everywhere. Everyweek some one down here is getting shot or killed over road rage or neighbor issues.
