This is the problem with mainstream conventional wisdom political opinion columnists. It's the worst kind of echo chamber. I only read the free section of the article (looks like the first 1/2) and it's all about Russia/Ukraine.

Do people care about Ukraine and on balance is being "weak" on the issue more of a liability than asset? Probably.

But is that the issue that's going to determine the next president? No.

I was going to post the table but it would've taken up the entire screen, but the only foreign policy related issue that made the top 20 was about dealing with trade agreements. This piggybacks on something that I see a lot of in here, which is citing people like David Frum. These people don't represent the typical GOP voter anymore.

He is painfully one trick and keeping up this for 18 months (woke) will not work.

How did that work for Scott Walker? It's literally the 2.0 version.

I gotta admit, Meatball Ron is a great nickname :russ:

And then to have Trump deny saying it is also hilarious. He doesn’t have to say it, everybody else is doing it for him :russ:
Meatball is def sticking… folk call him meatball all on his Twitter account lmaoo

I'm surprised he's not pro ukraine since the establishment republicans want to hold his hand so bad

He's too interested winning the Tucker Carlson sweepstakes to make the right call on this easy ass answer.

He was Pro-Urkraine- when Obama was president. But now since he has no actual beliefs except his own ego and social control over folks, he's flipped because he thinks that's what the base wants.

That's what happens when you believe in nothing- you can't keep up with your own bullshyt.

Trump’s team and his allied PAC are preparing an expansive opposition research file by poring over DeSantis’ record as a prosecutor, member of Congress, and Florida governor. Among the items a Trump-allied group has drilled into is DeSantis’ record while serving as an assistant U.S. Attorney before running for congressional office, with plans to accuse him of being an “extremely lenient prosecutor” in cases involving, among other things, child pornography
