This!!! Went to a stretch therapist about 2 months before I ran my marathon in April and jeezus the benefits. Knocked a good 10 min off my personal best. Started realizing its all about having your glutes on down stretched and open hips. shyt makes a world of difference. I need to start going back before I leave SA. Crazy cheap over here. One session is like $30-35 compared to $125 per session statesideConsider seeing a chiropractor. A good chiropractor can make life seem so vibrant after a couple of sessions.
