Well technically a sphere, in your theory, has only 1 side. It's a continuous side. But really the Moon shares characteristics with the Earth so there's only one side to see.

Nature doesnt create flat objects guys. The default form in nature is the sphere. When water breaks into drops in mid air it forms a sphere. It's flat only when it hits a surface and its membrane is broken.

Also, you ever seen the moon in the sky in the morning? You can see like half of it, the other side you can see the blue sky behind it where it should be moon. People have recorded seeing stars “through” the moon...it’s translucent or something to that effect.
