Breh you can pick up a bird. That is how little energy it takes to move it (in any direction). BUT you cannot move the Oceans because they are that much more massive.
The effects of gravity are proportional to how massive you are. The more massive you are the greater the force needed to overcome gravity.
Unless you go around picking up birds, moving oceans and picking up mountains in your spare time.
