I almost get what barry is saiyan but same time i'm rollin' with nora's dumb ass on this one

I think Barry made 2 big mistakes sending Nora back to the future and then going to Eobards cell to tell him he deserves everything he gets. Eobard probably wasn't scheming anything this whole time and was just helping Nora out of some twisted kindness before he got put to death. But since Barry went to his cell he probably found motivation to get out of prison and use the daughter that you've now pushed back into the future and into his hands.

Hmm...I had this feeling as well but Thawne has been shown to be untrustworthy time and time again lol. Just when you think you can trust him, he pulls the rug from underneath your feet. Barry is caught between a rock and a hard place. How can he take Nora’s words at face value when the man responsible for his mother’s death is the one guiding here. Not to mention, manipulating him on several occasions. There was just no way for him to think rationally or objectively here.

Barry is dead wrong for this one. Yes, Nora made a mistake. A big mistake. But it reeks of a lack of self-awareness on his part. He’s made mistake after mistake after mistake and has always been forgiven. Always. His daughter makes mistakes all in the name of seeing him, just like he did for his mom, and he turns cold on her? Boo this man.

And on top of that, making that decision unilaterally without talking to the team or his wife is a bad look.

Very true. Barry is making the situation worse but he feels like can’t completely trust Nora because of Thawne. Thawne has clouded Barry’s judgement in more ways than one. Him taking Nora’s words at face value while realizing Thawne is responsible for a lot of suffering he went through is a tall ask.

I think he needs to kill Thawne

He does make the same mistakes over and over. Thawne has definitely traumatized Barry. Thawne is fcuking with his family yet again. It’s definitely enough to send him over the edge.

I’m more curious as to what will happen when the countdown ends! What is Thawne’s plan?
