I've been saying this for a while now but I think it's in our foods. My parents didn't get any grays until their very late 40s. I started seeing grays in my beard at 35. And I'm starting to see a lot more people in their 20s with gray strands now. Noah Lyles looked like he had a couple when the camera zoomed in on the top of his head when he was getting into position.
