I'll look when i get home, but if no 12 then get 11. I highly doubt there are changes that are that noticeable to the average person that uses FL, and honestly no matter what version you have it's still mostly about the 3rd party VSTs, soundpacks, and Plug-ins, so...

All you need is the free program which you can download from the FL Studios website for free. From there all you need is the registry key, which is what you need to crack the program.

If you don't know about making beats in general. Then I would say that you don't really have what it takes. You can play around with the program and make some simple beats. But if you don't know about metronomes and chords and playing in key. Its usually a waste of time. Most people even when they download the program have some sort of talent for beat making. Not to say it can't be learned. But if you don't even have a Midi controller, its kind of a waste of time. But you can get a cheap keyboard from the pawn shop for about 100 bucks or so. As long as it has a usb port for you to connect it to your cpu you should be able to use that as a MIDI, which is what you need to play all the sounds that comes with the program or any that you find. Just saying if you can find it and get it installed you can play with it to no avail and kind of learn what to do. Its a good program to start with, but if you just want to download cause you want to try your hand at making beats and don't know how to make a beat......then your most likely wasting your time breh
