FL man shoots pellets at "n***** with a white girl", target has real gun

here's my problem with this....
What if dude is just a punk ass and now is trying to lay up the "self control". I'm sure he knew it was a pellet gun? His girl had the common sense to duck down this dude froze with his hand on his gun and now he's trying to paint it up like he's a hero?

Exhibit A.
Video - The guy shot him in the face to start with, the whole time the guy doesn't even pull out his own gun? Then claims because he saw someone behind the guy? ALl the while the dude is less than 15 feet from him.

Bare minimum he should have pulled out the gun and shot him in the leg and or at least attempted to defend himself, even if only to scare the guy away. Dude never pulled his gun son...he's biotch made.

You don't have a gun to keep holstered when your life is being threatened. And make no mistake you take that straight into the eye and it hits your brain that's game over soldier.

Say I'm a plain clothes armed cop and I see some negro pull out a gun in crowded area?

I wonder what would happened to said negro.

If the young man is speaking the truth, and he didn't want to fire his weapon because there was a significant chance of striking others, good for him.

But I'm skeptical. The things about firearms is this: it is much easier to shoot someone when you are the first one shooting. It is much more difficult to weather incoming bullets or to know the other person has a weapon and just tried to kill you. Most people aren't built for that second scenario. I've seen it multiple times. The heart starts pounding, adrenaline starts going, and some just fear death (natural to most).

It's the flight or fight mechanism, and this young man's instinct was to flee.

Chances are he's a coward, but we'll have to take him at his word for now.
